Mango Jalapeno Salsa
Ingredients
Prep Time 5 minutes● 2 ripe mangos (Peel, remove the pit, and dice fine.)
● ½ small red onion (Peel and dice fine.)
● ½ red bell pepper, diced fine
● 1 jalapeno (Remove seeds, and mince.)
● ¼ cup cilantro, chopped
● Juice from 1-2 limes
● Salt to taste
Instructions
Total Time 10 minutes1. Mix all ingredients together well.
2. Salt to taste, ground black pepper could be added to taste as well.
3. You can serve immediately or make it 1-2 days in advance. Salsa should be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
